Shipping policy

LEFTIDE is a brand operated by WENDIR LLC. This Shipping Policy is a legal agreement between you and WENDIR LLC. All references to "we", "us", and "our" refer to WENDIR LLC operating under the brand name LEFTIDE.

Overview

LEFTIDE ships worldwide using verified third-party fulfillment partners. We fulfill orders from domestic U.S. warehouses as well as international partner facilities, depending on stock availability and destination.

Every order receives a tracking number. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages from different warehouse locations. This is a normal part of our fulfillment process and does not affect your shipping charges.

Processing Time

Our fulfillment partners process orders according to the following timeline:

  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM local warehouse time are processed the next business day
  • Peak seasons or promotions may add 1–3 business days to processing time

Note: Processing times are separate from delivery times. Your total wait time is processing time + estimated delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and which warehouse fulfills your order:

  • United States (from U.S. warehouse): 3–7 business days
  • United States (from international partner): 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
  • European Union: 7–20 business days
  • Australia: 7–20 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Important: The above are estimates only. Weather events, customs inspections, carrier capacity issues, and other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Free U.S. Shipping: Orders over $49 to U.S. addresses qualify for free standard shipping.

International shipping fees vary by destination and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled by our partner warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–72 hours.

For certain international shipping lines, tracking information may only update after the parcel reaches a regional hub in your country. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Multi-Item Orders & Split Shipments

Because we use multiple warehouses and third-party fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

  • You will receive a unique tracking number for each package as it ships
  • Split shipments do not affect your shipping charges at checkout
  • Each package is shipped using the most efficient route for that specific item

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Cannot Reroute: Once a package has been dispatched from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address or reroute the shipment.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us as soon as possible at info@leftide.com to request address changes. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your local customs authority.

Customer Responsibility: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs regulations and fees vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information about potential charges.

Delivery Issues

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, and building management
  • Look in mailboxes, parcel lockers, or safe drop locations
  • Allow 24–48 hours for final carrier scan updates

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 15 days of the carrier's delivered date at info@leftide.com. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund based on the claim outcome.

Lost or Stalled in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period (7+ days for domestic, 14+ days for international), contact us at info@leftide.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Confirmed lost parcels will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order and backorder items will ship once they become available at our fulfillment partner's warehouse.

Orders that include pre-order or backorder items may be split and ship separately from in-stock items. We will email you updated estimated arrival dates as they become available.

Undeliverable & Return to Sender

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, unclaimed mail, or refusal not caused by our error may be handled as follows:

  • Reshipped: We can reship to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply)
  • Refunded: We can process a refund minus the original shipping cost

Please contact us at info@leftide.com within 15 days of the return to arrange your preferred resolution.
